How do I start?
With the ever changing situation with COVID 19, our primary concern is the safety of all our students. Over lockdown we have continued all our classes online through Zoom, with the teachers leading students in movement from their own homes. As we move back to face to face lessons, we are continuing to limit numbers so that we can train with adequate personal space. For this reason, we ask you to contact us to book your trial course; we can then advise you on the most suitable sessions. If you feel more comfortable training in a small group or on a one to one basis, please do ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Effortless effort
We encourage exercise, but not to excess. Exercise should invigorate not deplete. We encourage our students to make just the right amount of effort; this is of course different for everyone and therein lies the beauty of martial arts - it’s your practice, your effort, your reward.
